Being-able to bring step with-out bounce off the ground is important becz it harder to focus on the volley ball when you are bounce up and down.
First pass should take in the center man, and he is pass the ball to center setter and he can only able to decide when can set the ball, how can set the ball(short high shoot), the setter will set the ball to the attacker and he will attack the ball and finish the point. If another side blocking the ball it is not considering good movement.
